"It all started in my elementary school art class," Sherri Mignonne reflects. "The crayons we used were all thrown into an old coffee tin, and I would dig through them to find the colors I wanted. The metallic crayons, with their vibrant, shimmering hues, filled me with a magical joy that still inspires me today. Incorporating gold, silver, and copper leaf into my paintings continues to evoke that same sense of wonder."
