The Incredible Randy Cooper, Master of Shadow Sculpture, Is Coming to the Aspen Art Gallery!

Randy Cooper’s magical Shadow Sculptures will be created right in front of your eyes! Randy will turn industrial wire cloth into an elegant torso or maybe a mermaid using only his hands and a few simple, handmade tools. You will see Randy creating his Shadow Sculptures working from a live professional model to add realism and authenticity. 

Shadow Sculptures create shadows on the wall reminiscent of fine pencil drawings when a light is shined on the sculptures. The work, and the shadows, must be seen to appreciate its magic.

 Randy is a featured artist here at the Aspen Art Gallery. 

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to watch this master artist creating one of his beautiful sculptures. It is the only time he will be in Aspen this year.  This amazing event is free, and so are the hors d’oeuvres and refreshments!
